1. 項目背景
加納政府已從世界銀行獲得資金支持，用于加納能源行業復蘇計劃，并計劃將部分資金用于加納電力公司（ECG）智能預付費電表供應與安裝合同的支付。合同分為四個（4）標段，具體如下：
- 標段1：為ECG的Afienya、Ashaiman和Tema North地區供應并安裝智能預付費電表
- 標段2：為ECG的Prampram、Tema South和Nungua地區供應并安裝智能預付費電表
- 標段3：為ECG的Kwabenya、Roman Ridge、Makola和Teshie地區供應并安裝智能預付費電表
- 標段4：為ECG的Mampong、Adenta、Dodowa和Legon地區供應并安裝智能預付費電表

The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Energy Sector Recovery Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Smart Prepaid Meters to the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) in four (4) Lots.
